Two nights ago I had a delicious Greek Salad with not a lot of Feta Cheese, so today I wanted to have a lot of Feta Cheese. The answer? Paragon Pizza’s Feta Special Pizza. Let’s take a moment to appreciate the delicately browned cheese. I don’t know if you’ve tried to melt Feta yourself, but I know from experience that it’s not easy. The green peppers are still crisp and sauce has a great kick in it. (I have a cold coming on and this may be the answer to get rid of it). The Italian salami is a great complement to the Feta and green peppers. I’m adding this to the list of “try again”.
